RestoreUS launched The Kindness Initiative at the beginning of December 2019. The goal of the initiative was to deliver random acts of kindness in the most unexpected places to the most deserving people. Over the month of December, the RestoreUS Foundation gifted $10,000 in the form of $100 and $50 gift cards. Unsuspecting recipients were found at the bus stop, leaving a homeless camp, waiting in the ER, delivering pizzas, picking up trash, recovering at the hospital, renovating a house, and strolling down the street, just to name a few.
